How long does delivery take?

We dispatch within 24 business hours, and delivery usually takes 3–5 business days across India.

Is shipping free?

Yes, on all orders of ₹599 and above. Orders below ₹599 have a flat ₹70 shipping fee.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery?

Yes, COD is available on eligible orders at no extra charge.

How do I track my order?

You will get an email with a tracking link as soon as your order ships.

What is your return policy?

If an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, tell us within 5 days of delivery and we will arrange a free pickup and send a replacement or full refund. We do not accept returns for change of mind. Read the full Refund Policy.

When will I get my refund?

For approved returns, within 7 working days of the item reaching us — to your original payment method, or to your bank account/UPI for COD orders.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, free of charge, any time before it is dispatched. Just email us your order number.
