Our return policy at a glance

We accept returns for items that arrive damaged, defective or incorrect (wrong product, size or colour). Please report the issue within 5 days of delivery. We do not accept returns for change of mind, so please read the product description and specifications carefully before ordering. If you have questions about a product, ask us before you buy.

Eligible for return

  • The item arrived damaged or broken.
  • The item is defective or does not work as described.
  • You received the wrong item, or an item is missing from your order.

Not eligible for return

  • Change of mind, or no longer needed.
  • Damage caused by misuse or by not following the care instructions after delivery.
  • Minor natural variations in colour, grain or texture of handmade and natural-material items (wood, bamboo, ceramic, cotton) that do not affect use.
  • Issues reported more than 5 days after delivery.

How to request a return

  1. Within 5 days of delivery, email info@urbanbazaar.in with your order number, a short description of the issue and clear photos. An unboxing video helps us resolve it faster.
  2. We review your request and reply within one business day.
  3. If approved, we arrange a free reverse pickup where your PIN code is serviceable. Please pack the item in its original packaging with all accessories.
  4. Once the item reaches us, we send you a free replacement or a full refund, as you prefer.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds are processed within 7 working days of the returned item reaching us, and include any shipping fee you paid.
  • Prepaid orders: refunded to the original payment method.
  • Cash on Delivery orders: refunded to your bank account or UPI ID, which we will ask you to share.
  • Your bank or payment provider may take a few additional days to reflect the credit.

Cancellations

You can cancel an order free of charge any time before it is dispatched by emailing us with your order number. Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched.
