Where we ship

We currently ship to serviceable PIN codes across India. You can check delivery availability for your PIN code at checkout.

Dispatch time

All orders are processed and dispatched within 24 business hours (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on Sundays or holidays are dispatched on the next business day.

Delivery time

Once dispatched, orders are usually delivered within 3–5 business days. Remote locations may occasionally take a little longer. Delivery timelines are estimates and can be affected by events outside our control, such as weather or courier disruptions.

Shipping charges

• Free shipping on all orders of ₹599 and above.
• Orders below ₹599 have a flat shipping fee of ₹70.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available on eligible orders at no extra charge.

Order tracking

As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to follow your parcel.

Damaged or missing parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or tampered with, please take photos of the outer packaging and contact us within 5 days of delivery at info@urbanbazaar.in. See our Refund Policy for details.
