These Terms of Service govern your use of urbanbazaar.in, which is owned and operated by Urban Bazaar, a sole proprietorship owned and operated by Surya Reddy. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or use the site under the supervision of a parent or guardian, to place an order.

2. Products and pricing

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Shipping charges, if any, are shown at checkout.
• We try to describe and photograph every product accurately. Minor variations in colour, finish or size can occur, especially with handmade and natural-material items such as wood, bamboo, ceramic and cotton.
• We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel orders placed at an incorrect price. If this happens, any amount paid will be refunded in full.

3. Orders

Your order is confirmed when you receive an order confirmation email. We may cancel an order if a product is unavailable, if we cannot deliver to your address, or if we suspect fraud, and we will refund any amount paid.

4. Payment

We accept payments through secure third-party payment gateways, and Cash on Delivery on eligible orders. We do not store your card or UPI details.

5. Shipping, returns and refunds

Delivery, returns and refunds are governed by our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy.

6. Third-party and affiliate links

Some pages may recommend products sold by third parties, such as Amazon.in, and link to them. Purchases made on third-party websites are governed by that website’s terms, and the third party is responsible for those products, deliveries and returns. We may earn a commission from qualifying purchases made through these links.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including the Urban Bazaar name, logo, text and design, belongs to Urban Bazaar or its licensors and may not be copied without permission.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to your rights as a consumer, courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat shall have jurisdiction.

11. Grievance redressal

In accordance with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, our Grievance Officer is Surya Reddy, reachable at suryatejareddy64@gmail.com. Complaints are acknowledged within 48 hours and resolved within one month.
